WASSON, WILLIAM NICHOLAS, 36 , Army Veteran and mechanic, passed away on February 27, 2020. He was born on August 11, 1983 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Sam Wasson and Christi Brewer. He loved the outdoors, whether it was 4 wheeling, riding his motorcycle, hunting, or fishing didn't matter as long as he was outside doing it but his passion lied in spending time with his children and grandson. He was a member of the American Legion Post 81 and VFW Post 1174.

S urvivors include his wife Allison; children William Wasson II and Shelby Wasson; grandson Remington Verquer; parents Christi Brewer(Larry) and Samuel Wasson; siblings Samantha Wasson, Whitney Wasson and Alex Wasson; grandparents Reba Strode and Jerry LaGrone; his beloved service dog Spook; close friend Danny Olson; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Dennis and Veda Wasson.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Generations Church, 425 Green Valley Dr., Andover, KS.
