Titus, Wendy Kay Huffman, 52 , entered eternity to the open arms of her beloved savior, Jesus Christ, on August 15, 2020 at St. Francis in Wichita, Kansas.

B orn April 18, 1968 to Larry and Barbara "Bobby" Kay (Mead) Huffman in Fort Scott, Kansas. Wendy lived in Hepler, Kansas until moving to El Dorado in 1984. She graduated Circle High School in 1986. She married Jamie Titus on April 1, 2020.

W endy was saved and baptized at Three Wooden Crosses Cowboy Church. She loved animals and had 5 horses (with one on the way), 3 dogs and 6 cats, and was an accomplished barrel racer, and avid gardener, and member of the Pond Society. Wendy was the most fun wife, sister, aunt, and friend. She was very strong, independent, determined, outspoken, active, fun-loving, outgoing prankster, the hardest working "energizer bunny" we ever knew, didn't know a stranger very long and loved life!

S he is preceded in death by her mom, dad, grandparents and aunt Sylva Strain of Arizona. She is survived by her husband James Titus of the home; brothers Doug (Lisa) Huffman and Dennis (Lisa) Huffman; Michael "Doc" (Brenda) Booth, and sisters Frankie (Greg) Smith, Crystal (Kevin) Stanfield and Leslye (Dan) Bullock, along with MANY nieces and nephews and HUNDREDS of dear friends and acquaintances.

C elebration of Wendy's life will be held at Three Wooden Crosses Cowboy Church, 5118 S.W. 100th, Augusta, KS on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 10:00 AM.
