Tammra "Tammy" Colleen Morris, 56 , peacefully passed away April 29, 2023. Tammy was born to William Thornton and Brenda Rogers in El Dorado KS. She went to school in Augusta, Ks. After school she worked in various jobs, one of which was a successful cleaning business but her favorite being a homemaker. She also enjoyed baking where she mastered making various baked goods including her famous pumpkin swirls which would make their way into many hands as a gift. Scrabble was her greatest pass time for no one would challenger her. Tammy was very crafty and enjoyed creating things including banners and photo boards for various sports and school celebrations. She was a very loving and caring person who would do anything she could for you, her caring heart brought many friends into her life who she would talk through any problems they might be going through- being sure to stay neutral in every situation, and lead people to the Lords word. Her care for people however didn't match the love she had for her grandchildren, she made a terrific grandmother. She enjoyed the lake, feeding the ducks at East park and nature in general. Tammy will be greatly missed.

Tammra is survived by her father William Thornton, her husband Anthony Morris, son Kristen Morris, daughters Keesha Bender, Kera Bender, Brandi Newman (Nick), Tekeela Morris, Tamia Morris, her brothers James Toothman, Jesse Thorton, and her sisters Shelly Rodriguez, Misty Rogers, Shannon Thornton, Kristina Rogers, and many grandchildren. Tammra was proceeded in death by her mother Brenda Rogers, twin daughters Kelsey and Kailey and her grandparents Hazel Jackson and John Dehoff.
