Susan Ann Savage , 74, passed away January 12, 2022 in El Dorado, KS. Susan was born to Arthur Hearst Cheatham and Lettie Anne Evans in Rural - Valle, Missouri on January 1, 1948. She was raised in De Soto, MO by her grandparents. Susan married Ray on May 19, 1989 and gained two children, Cherie and Charley Savage. She was a strong believer in our Lord, Jesus Christ, and tried to live her life in a way that would honor and glorify Him. Arts and crafts such as wood working, tole painting, and, recently, creating resin jewelry (think hard, clear plastic with decorative stones), were her creative outlets, bookkeeping her career path, and she had a strong love for dogs, especially Labrador retrievers, with her current, faithful friend being Jackson.

She is survived by her husband Ray, children Cherie (Doug) Hett and Charley Savage, grandchildren Ashleigh (Kolton) Krispense, Austin, Katherine, and Jacob Hett and Angel Savage; sisters Jane (Kenneth) Prier, Mary Goodson, and her niece Amy King. She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Lettie Cheatham and brother Tom Cheatham.

A celebration of life will be 10:30 A.M., Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Freedom Church in Augusta, KS.
