Owen, Stevie Lynn 70, was born in Emporia to Keith and Emma Owen.

He went to school in Rosalia, KS and finished high school in El Dorado, KS.

Working various jobs, he always made room for his dogs.  He very much enjoyed camping and being out doors.

Stevie was preceded in death by both parents.  He is survived by his daughter Staci Jones; brothers, Gary and Doug Owen; sister, Kathy Storm; and 3 grandchildren.
