SOFIA HERNANDEZ , passed away on December 5, 2024 at Wesley Medical Center after just a short 9 days with her family, and while her time with us was brief, her impact on our hearts will be eternal.

Rosary will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at the Cathedral Of The Immaculate Conception, 430 N. Broadway, Wichita, KS followed by funeral service that will be held at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Ascension Cemetery, 7200 E. 45th St. N., Wichita.

In the briefest of moments you brought a lifetime of love and your tiny presence filled our hearts with immeasurable joy.
