LUKENS, SHARON KAY, 75 , passed away on July 17, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on February 6, 1942 in Fall City, Nebraska to Blink and Arline "Simpson" Ankrom. Sharon enjoyed playing Bingo, sewing, crocheting and mostly watching and reading Westerns. Her favorite passion however was her grandchildren and great grandchildren; she loved to play computer games with them and attending their different events. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

S haron is survived by her children Barbara Bobbitt, Lisa Sherrill, Doug Lukens and John Lukens; siblings Beverly Lang and Larry Ankrom(Betty); 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Blink and Arline Ankrom and her brother James "Jim" Ankrom.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, 206 E. Central, El Dorado with parking available on the North side of the building.
