SHISLER, RUTH ALICE, 99, ranch wife, passed away on April 27, 2021 at her home with her faithful daughter, Caroline at her side. Ruth was born on July 23, 1921 in Fulton, Missouri to Frank and Francis "Redheffer" Harbison.
Ruth is survived by her children Sharon, Gail, Caroline and Ellen; 2 grandchildren; many great grandchildren, other family and friends.
