Slater, Roger D., passed away in El Dorado on February 19, 2020, at the age of 89.

H e is survived by his stepson and caregiver Gene (Sharon) Bane; stepdaughters Chris Cox, Wanda Walters, Julia Bane and Meredith Bane-Newell; stepson Roger Bane, and brother Russell Slater.

A memorial service will be held at 10 AM Saturday, March 14, at the El Dorado Heritage Funeral Home.

D onations in Roger's name may be sent to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
