Robert Franklin Walker , also known as "Big Bob" passed away on March 11, 2019, at the age of 56 years old.

F uneral services will be held Saturday, March 16, at 10 AM at Heritage in El Dorado.

R obert was raised in El Dorado, Kansas where he attended Grandview Elementary School, El Dorado Junior High School and El Dorado High School. Robert was a phenomenal football player; he played from the age of 9 throughout High School, until a knee injury made it impossible for him to continue playing. Robert continued to love the game by being a El Dorado Wildcat, Butler County College and Chicago Bears fan.

R obert worked at Pioneer Balloons for many years even through much of his illness. Robert was proud of his family and did not hesitate to let you know. We love you Big Bob.

R obert Married Denise and out of this marriage came two wonderful children (Chrisma and Nathan). Robert later married Sandra and helped care for her children Ayanna, Jaime, Brandon and Candace.

R obert was born in Wichita, Kansas on May 26, 1962. His parents were Bronia and Emerlean Walker who both preceded him in death. His siblings preceding him in death were: Lorenzia Bryant, Erma Adams, Bronia Walker Jr., Ulysee Walker and Vallie Kimble. Robert will be lovingly remembered by his son Justin George of Newton, Kansas; Nathan Walker, (wife) Jennifer of Towanda, Kansas; Chrisma Walker of Topeka, Kansas; Brothers: Clarence Walker (wife) Esther of El Dorado, Kansas, and William Houston of Los Angeles, California; Sisters: Martha Kimble (husband) Roy Jr. of Crowley ,Texas and Vikki Pearson (husband) Kirk of Basehor, Kansas; Grandchildren: Jordan, Noah, Lexi, Kolbi, Nathan, Teagan and Baby Boy "Robert" Walker and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
