Unruh, Patsy "Pat" (Ripper), 89 , passed away on August 19, 2020 at her home, Lake Point Assisted Living, El Dorado, surrounded by family and friends.

P atsy was born March 16, 1931, daughter of Les and Grace Ripper of Canton, KS. On June 1, 1950 Patsy married the late Robert "Bob" L. Unruh.

S he was a wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, homemaker, and a great cook. In later years she worked for SRS as a Home Care Provider.

P atsy loved her family, and some of her hobbies included bowling, fishing, and going to the casino. She enjoyed the family vacations to Colorado. At Lakepoint she loved the horse races, Wii bowling and Bingo. Patsy was raised in Canton, KS where she met and married Bob. Bob's job took them to El Dorado where they raised their 4 children. In later years, they moved to Garden City and then back to Benton, KS, where they lived to be close to Kansas grandchildren. In summer months they lived in Evanston, Wyoming to be with Wayne and all of his family.

P atsy resided at Lakepoint Assisted Living in El Dorado since January 2014. After Bob's passing Patsy made many new friends and enjoyed all activities at Lakepoint Assisted Living, where staff and residents treated her as family and knew her as "feisty, sassy, happy Patsy."

P atsy was a member of the El Dorado First Christian Church.
