Nelda Ernestine Rivers, nee Rankin, age 85, formerly of Wichita Kansas, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2021 in Santa Ana, California. She was a graduate of Wichita High School East in 1953. Nelda also attended Wichita State University. Nelda was employed by Cudahy Packing Co. and The Wichita Eagle-Beacon. Nelda moved to Tustin, California in 1984 with her husband William and son Michael. She later worked in the healthcare industry as a Customer Service Representative.

N elda is survived by her husband William, her son Michael and cousins.

M emorial will be held at 10 am on Tues., June 22 at Heritage Funeral Home, 502 W. Central, Andover with graveside to follow at Dunlap Cemetery, Rose Hill.
