Michael Everett Vore, 55 of Douglass, KS, Passed away on October 31, 2021, surrounded by his loving family. Michael was born in Monett, MO on July 16, 1966, to parents Marvin and Laura (Morey) Vore. Michael grew up in Pierce City, MO and joined the Air Force at 17. During his years in the Air Force and Air National Guard Michael was stationed at a number of bases both in Europe and the United States. He completed multiple deployments to the middle east and Europe. Michael retired after proudly serving his country for 27 years. He was a member of the American Legion at post 136 in Mulvane, KS. He enjoyed woodworking and was an avid motorcyclist.

M ichael is survived by his wife Amy, son Jonathan, father Marvin, and 8 siblings; Tim & Celia Vore of Tulsa, OK; Steven Vore of LaVista NE;Janice and Bill Alexander of Ash Grove, MO; Danny & Peggy Vore of Monett, MO; Jerry & Cheryl Vore of Monett, MO; Bobbie & Carol Vore of Joplin, MO; Faith & Steve Leach of Ash Grove, MO; Phillip & Debra Vore of Liberal, MO; as well as many other nieces, nephews, family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Laura.
