Leland Deines (Lee) was called home by his Heavenly Father on July 28, 2018.  He was in Quality Assurance for 40 years, retiring from the Boeing Company with 25 years of service.  He was a parishioner of The Church of the Resurrection.  Lee was a voracious reader and was proud of his extensive library of European history.  He leaves behind his loving wife Tricia of the home, a sister Maurita and her husband John Lymer of Wichita. His fishing partner and stepson Shane Bercaw of Haysville and the Apple of Papa Lee's eye, granddaughter Cheyenna Bercaw.  Special friends Ray & Carol Lankard also Cheyenna's grandparents and Marty & Linda McGee.  He leaves many other friends and friends of Bill W.  Funeral Mass will be held Friday, August 10th, 11:00 am at the Catholic Church of the Resurrection, 4910 N. Woodlawn, Bel Aire, KS. Luncheon afterwards in the basement.
