Harris, Lawrence Vaughn, 68, automotive mechanic, passed away on March 9, 2018. He was born to Jerry and Agnes (Claunch) Harris in Kansas City, Missouri on October 16, 1949. He married Lynette Stuart on January 13, 1969, and became her caretaker when she became ill in 1995 until her passing in April of 1999. He later married Viona Huschka on Oct 30, 1999.

H e is survived by wife Viona, stepchildren Ron Jasper, Donna Robinson, Mark Jasper, and Crystal Jasper; siblings Robert Allen Harris, Judith Mae (Harris) Harryman, and Earl Ray Harris;

L awrence is preceded in death by his parents, first wife Lynette, and siblings Dorothy Harris, Audrey Claire (Harris) Parker, Margie Lee (Harris) Downing, Richard Keith Harris, Jerrold Don Harris, Barbara Joan (Harris) Hutchison, Bonnie Louise (Harris) Gish, Beverly Jean (Harris), Trammel and Nancy Kay (Harris) Fletcher. Lawrence loved riding motorcycles and racing his '78 Nova, but had many other vocations throughout his life as well. Memorials may be made to Wichita Animal Action League and/or American Cancer Society.
