COTTON, KATHY JANELLE, 61, Shipping clerk for Johnson Controls, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2019 and Kansas Medical Center in Andover. Kathy was born on January 16, 1958 in Newton, KS to Eugene Wallace Cochran, Jr. and Mary Alice Foster. She enjoyed bowling, casinos and playing cards but Kathy's passion was her grandchildren and she'll be remembered as "The Best Grandmother there ever was."

K athy is survived by her children Michelle Stanyer(Aaron) and Mary Cotton(Bo); siblings Rosalie Satterfield(John), Ted Cochran, Glenn Cochran(Glennis), Karol Cochran, Chrisann Cochran and Dianna Cochran; grandchildren Tristina Carter, Megan Carter, Justin Stanyer, Kylie Skalla and Christopher Skalla, Jr.; and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Eugene and Mary; all of her grandparents; her brothers "Butch" Gene Cochran, Andy Cochran and Floyd Cochran and her nephew Zachary Cotton.

V isitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Faith Baptist Church, 417 W. Central Ave., Andover and funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 16, 2019 at Faith Baptist Church, 417 W. Central Ave., Andover.
