TIPTON, JULIE ANN, 68 , passed away on June 12, 2024 in Andover. Julie Ann was born to Carol Joy (Smith) and John Richard Boyce on January 19th, 1956 in Wichita, KS.  She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Thomas Isaac. She grew up in Leon, KS and later lived in Wichita, Eureka and El Dorado, KS. Julie loved listening to and collecting a wide range of music. She enjoyed spending time with friends and was an infamous storyteller. Julie is survived by her children, Annalee and Jessica Tipton, Steven Vaughn Clark and Riley Fowler; brother Neil Boyce; and 4 grandchildren. Services to be determined and held at a later date.
