BISE, HAROLD RICHIE, 92, passed away on August 17, 2017. Harold was born in Olmsted, Illinois in 1925. He ran away from home when WWII started and joined the Marine Corp where he served in the Pacific as a platoon Sergent for part of 1942, all of 1943-1944 and part of 1945. He was discharged at the end of the war at the age of 20. He then began working as a police officer and was the youngest police captain in the history of the Aurora PD on the west side of Chicago. He drove stock cars after the war which became today's popular sport. Harold moved to Texas in 1956 and became the Vice-President of Utility Trailer, a national company where he worked for 23 years. He was a champion skeet shooter, a motorcycle rider and learned to fly at the age of 58. Retirement came in El Paso, Texas in 1988 after which he moved to Heber Springs, Arkansas. Harold was married to the love of his life Aline Shipman for 50 years until she passed away in 1995.

H arold is survived by his son Larry Bise; daughter Jackie Bise and daughter in law Barbara Bise; brother Rodney Bise of Heber Springs, Arkansas; 4 grandsons and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Lloyd Bise and sisters Mary and Elizabeth.
