, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2017 at her home with her family. Fern was born on July 30, 1922 in El Dorado to Glen and Ola "Hamilton" Chapman.
F ern is survived by her children Garry Farthing(Faye), William Farthing(Alana), Nancy Lewellyn(William) and Jerry Farthing(Anita); numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Farthing and brother Forrest Chapman.
M emorial mass will be held on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church, 123 N. Andover Rd., Andover, KS.
