Niblack, Delores Jeanette, 83 , passed away December 28 in El Dorado. She was born to Issac Brown and Bertha Louise (Waggoner) Niblack in Marland, Oklahoma. Delores is survived by four nieces: Mona Watson, Lorra Waldrop, Juanita Caudell, and Bertha Madarasz.
