Christian "Blake" Messner, our loving son, grandson, brother, cousin, uncle, and friend, passed away on June 6, 2025.

Blake was a bright, fun, loving, caring, sensitive, and artistic young man. He loved art, traveling, sports, animals, and most of all, spending time with his family. As an uncle, he was a natural and always eager to play with the kids the moment he walked through the door. He had a natural gift for making people laugh-- whether from a quick-witted remark or well-timed glance.

Blake is now in the company of those he loved and missed—his mother, Lori Messner; his grandfather, Roe Messner; and his aunt, Robin Messner.

He is survived and forever missed by his parents, Ron and Britt Messner; his grandmother, RuthAnn Messner; his siblings Chandler Messner, Britton Messner, Brooke (John) Senseman, Jake Leatherman; and was loved by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and four-legged, furry siblings. We will miss his striking blue eyes, impeccably styled hair, and fun loving presence, but we carry his love with us always, awaiting the time we'll be together once again.

Funeral service at 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 21, at St. George, Orthodox Christian Cathedral, 7515 E 13th St N, Wichita, KS. Graveside service immediately following at Andover Cemetery, 2438 N Andover Rd, KS.
