Charles Allen O'Leary (Papa C), 75 , of Udall, passed away on April 18, 2022, after a long battle with multiple health issue for many years.

Papa C was born on November 11, 1946, to Virgil and Frances (Blatchford) O'Leary in Bixby, Oklahoma. He graduated from Neodesha High School in 1964.  Papa C was a force of nature, determined to love his family and give them unconditional love he felt they deserved. His family meant more to his than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of Mary Beth, Chad, Lisa, Kenny and most of all his precious wife Letha O'Leary. He has always tried his best to support them in their decisions and choices in life. Papa C was also most passionate about his grandchildren and could often be found helping them with homework, attending their sporting games, painting or playing dolls.  Anyone who knew Papa C knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for.

Papa C and Letha Webb began their life together on Saturday the 18th of May 1996 at Botanica Gardens in Wichita, Kansas. They lived in Mulvane, Kansas for a short time, then moved to Goddard Kansas. After living in Goddard for a while they bought 10 acres of land in Bentley, Kansas. In 2014 they moved to Udall Kansas and bought 10 acres of land and their present home.

Papa C served in the military under the Navy branch. He also attended a school for auto mechanics and later on attended a truck driving school in Wichita and acquired his CDL with Tanker, Hazmat, passenger and endorsement and Air Brakes. He drove for Pueblo Chemical in Wichita KS. After Pueblo Chemical he worked for Love Box Inc and then for Goddard Bus Transportation. In his earlier years Papa C worked with the carnival for several years. For 9 years he also worked in a foundry.

Papa C attended The Grove church in Udall, Kansas. He is survived by his wife, Letha, daughter Mary (Kenny) Powell of Lenexa, KS, stepdaughter Lisa (Lorenzo) Woods of Andover Stepson Kenny (Shasta) Webb Jr. of Udall, KS, a sister, Jean (Jean) Labrie of Thorntown, IN, 2 Brothers, Virgil D. O'Leary of Cedar Vale, KS and Troy Allen of Cape Girardeau, MO. 13 Grandchildren, 8 Greatgrandchildren, 20 Nieces and Nephews. A God Daughter Amanda Crozzer. He was predeceased in death by his son, Chad Allen O'Leary 2010, his parents Virgil and Frances (Blatchford) O'Leary, his brother George Howard, sister Viola Botts and Sister Martha Tatman.

Memorial contributions may be made to a fund for his wife, with the funeral home being the custodian of the funds. Heritage Funeral Home is located at 502 West Central Avenue Andover, Ks. 67002 or make direct payments to his widow Letha O'Leary at 5177 11th Road Udall, Ks. 67146. The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to 2401 North Fieldstone Street Andover, Ks. 67002 by April 29th so they can be transported to the Celebration of Life service location on April 30th. There will be a Celebration of Life service at 11:30 am on April 30th at The Grove Church located at 2654 58th Dr. Udall, Kansas 67146.The family would like to express their gratitude toward Heartland Hospice nurses and Chaplains.
