MCINTOSH, CARMELITA AVIS, 62, Nurse Aide, passed away in her sleep on June 22, 2019 in Andover, KS. Carmelita was born on June 1, 1957 in Denver, CO to Henry and Marcella(Sells) Glass. She was a fun, caring mother who took good care of her children and did everything she could for them. Carmelita had a great sense of humor, loved to travel and just enjoyed living life. She loved the 70's, Height and Ashbury, Marty Balin and wrote a book titled "The Lost Hippie". Carmelita loved playing her video games on her phone. She was taken to soon and will be deeply missed and loved, forever and always.

C armelita will be joining her daughter Watonya Sue McIntosh and her son Daniel Joe McIntosh; her sisters Tina Glass, Sally Glass and her brother Hank Glass. She is survived by her husband Daniel Wayne McIntosh; son Billy Joe McIntosh and grandson Daniel Joe McIntosh; her brothers Dawayne Sells, Joey Glass, Thompson Glass, Devin Glass and sisters Terry Parks and Lucinda Glass.
