Bernice  "Bernie" (Schupp) Tilcock Clark, 76 , passed away on November 2, 2022. She was born to John and Cora {McCune} Schupp on April 16, 1946 in Wichita and attended grade school in Benton and then  graduating from Circle High School in Towanda. Bernie was a farm girl, which instilled a hard work ethic and loved the country life; especially hunting and fishing.  After completing high school, she married Tony Parscal and had 2 daughters; later divorced, and married James Tilcock having 2 sons and a daughter. Bernie's work ethic carried through her entire life often holding multiple jobs and wearing many different hats including hotel management, refinery work at Texaco, working in a veterinary clinic, and home healthcare provider and even working at the VFW in Osceola, Missouri,. She was always busy, but willing to drop everything to help someone out . Bernie will be remembered as a strong willed, stubborn woman with a great sense of humor that always lived life by her own rules.

Bernice is survived by her children Barbara (Greg) Colangelo, Monica (Scott) Porter, Brian Tilcock, Pamela (Scott) Jones and Marlin Tilcock; siblings Herman Schupp, John (Peggy) Schupp, Oreta Blackwell, Juanita Gumpbell and Mytle Crumrine; 15 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; best friend Teri Mallicoat; dogs Bella, Chewie, Woody and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her Parents John and Cora Schupp and  sister Berneal Wyatt.

The family will host a memorial service on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, 206 E. Central Ave., El Dorado with visitation with immediately after the service.
