Anthony Mark Taylor

"The Man, The Myth, The Legend –

Often Imitated, Never Duplicated"

November 21 st , 1972 – October 17 th , 2021

Anthony was born on the Air Force base in Sumter, South Carolina to Ruby Taylor(Titterud) and Affeny(Chris) Taylor.  He moved to Wichita, Kansas when he was 14 years old.

Anthony has lived many lives in his 48 years and made a very large circle of friends and acquaintances.  Everyone who knew him describe him as laid back and easy going.

Anthony was extremely knowledgeable about music from most genres, movies and television.  He loved talking about his favorite shows with everyone, especially when he discovered a new series.  His favorites were Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Dr. Who, Dark Angel, Firefly, Charmed, and all of the Star Trek series – especially the Next Generation.  He had a prized collection of memorabilia.  Everything from comics and action figures to vintage toys and record albums.

If you knew Anthony you knew that he ALWAYS had a catch phrase or quip and a silly quick-witted comeback that we now lovingly refer to as "Anthony-isms".  His favorites were; Right-On, Can you dig it? – I've been diggin it since 1972(it's a big hole)! – Nuts and Bolts – What's not to Love? – and his most used The Man, The Myth, The Legend, often Imitated but never Duplicated.

Anthony loved his unconventional family very much.  He is preceded in death by his Stepfather, David Titterud and his Father, Affeny (Chris) Taylor.  He is survived by his Mother, Ruby Titterud (Ft. Worth, Tx), his children Katherine (Kati) Taylor (Kyle Armstrong), JohnTaylor, and Cassidy Taylor.  He is also survived by his stepsons Gavin Fisher(Alessa Fisher) and Ayden Wohlgemuth; his brother Christopher(Chris) Taylor, niece Sierra Taylor, four great-nephews, and grand daughter 3-yr. old Stevie.  He will be greatly missed by Gloria Dreher and Christa Fisher.
