CALKINS, ANNETTE, 84, Retired Director of Medical Records at Riverside Hospital, passed away on April 14, 2019 at Victoria Falls Skilled Nursing. She was born on March 27, 1935 in Wichita, KS to Ralph C and Doris E. "Howell" Walters-Morris. Annette was a crafty lady and dabbled with some water coloring but her passion was her teddy bear collection and her love of animals. No Stray went hungry if Annette had anything to say about it.

A nnette is survived by her daughter Debi Wentling(Nina); her son Darrell Calkins(Alice); brother Richard Walters; grandchildren Dani Wagoner and Josh Hook; 5 great grandchildren and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Doris and her grandson Shane Wentling.

T here will be no services held at this time and the family asks that memorial donations be made to your local shelter in Annette's memory.
